AST Garage Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Some items ship directly from our manufacturer/distributor partners and may have separate processing timelines, which will be noted on the product page when applicable.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (where available)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Drop-Ship & Multi-Warehouse Orders
Some Apex Sport Tuning products ship directly from our supplier network. If your order includes items from multiple warehouses, you may receive separate packages with different tracking numbers and arrival dates. We'll do our best to notify you if this applies to your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at [your support email] so we can file a claim and get a replacement out to you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. AST Garage is not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
